Four ways to use a 3 × 3 m space
Planning a 3 × 3 m exhibition stand?
A near-3 m back wall with a counter is a useful starting point. Add a digital display and CLICK modular flooring for a coordinated space. An L-shaped layout can work where side-wall rules permit. A nominal 3 m frame is not automatically a fit inside every 3 m shell scheme: allow for feet, connections, clearance and organiser restrictions.

PIXLIP GO is a modular lightbox system you can use again in different ways. Use your lightbox frames individually, connect them into a backdrop or rearrange them into a corner stand. The frames and LED lighting stay with you as your layout changes.

Easy assembly is a core advantage of PIXLIP GO. Lightweight frame sections push together, and the fabric graphics seat into the frame channel—no specialist tools needed. Follow the supplied instructions to assemble the frame and feet, fit the graphics and connect the lighting. After the event, the system dismantles into manageable sections, ready to pack for the next venue.
Can one person assemble it? Smaller standalone frames may be suitable for one person. Wider or taller frames and connected stands may need a second person for safe handling and alignment.
How long does it take? A single 1 m × 2 m PIXLIP GO frame takes under 5 minutes to assemble. Once you’ve put it together a few times, it takes just a few minutes.

Top connectors align equal-height frames; Step connectors combine different heights; Flex connectors allow angled arrangements beyond a standard 90-degree corner. We’ll specify compatible connections and support for your layout.
Power at the venue
The LEDs require mains power through the supplied power system. Confirm power access, cable routing and any venue electrical requirements before your event.

What is PIXLIP GO?
PIXLIP GO is a portable LED lightbox system with modular plastic frames and replaceable fabric graphics. Use it as one illuminated backdrop or combine compatible frames for indoor exhibitions, conferences and activations.
Can I start with one lightbox and expand it later?
Yes. Add compatible frames and accessories as your requirements grow. Flex connectors also allow angled layouts beyond a standard 90-degree corner.
What size should I use for a 3 × 3 m exhibition stand?
A near-3 m back wall and a counter are a useful starting point. The right frame combination depends on usable internal dimensions, height limits, feet and open sides. Send us the organiser’s floor plan so we can check the full footprint. Additional modules can support larger layouts, including 6 × 3 m spaces.
Can you design a complete stand with counters, flooring and screens?
Yes. Creative Visuals can combine PIXLIP GO with portable counters, PING desktop displays, CLICK modular flooring, digital screens and supporting displays. Tell us what visitors need to do in the space so we can recommend the complete layout.
Do I need a complete counter or a retrofit kit?
Choose a complete PIXLIP GO Counter if you need a standalone counter. A retrofit kit adds timber sides, a larger top and shelves for storage. We’ll check your existing hardware and the available kit before you order.
Setup, graphics and transport
Can one person assemble PIXLIP GO, and how long does it take?
PIXLIP GO is designed for straightforward, tool-free frame assembly, using lightweight push-fit sections. Smaller standalone frames may suit one-person assembly; larger frames and connected stands may need two people. Set-up time varies depending on the size of the display, but as a guide, the PIXLIP GO 1 m × 2 m can be easily and quickly set up in 3–4 minutes. Ask for a demonstration of your proposed kit to see assembly and pack-down for yourself.
Can I replace the graphics and reuse the same frame?
Yes. You can interchange the fabric graphics while keeping the same frame. Keep separate graphic sets for different campaigns or messages.
Does PIXLIP GO need power, and can it go outdoors?
PIXLIP GO requires mains power through its supplied power system; it is not battery powered. Plan it for indoor events only. For exposed or outdoor locations, ask us to recommend a suitable display for the conditions.
Will the packed display fit in my car or travel interstate?
Yes. PIXLIP GO packs down into compact wheeled cases that fit comfortably in most medium-sized vehicles, with the rear seats folded down if needed. The wheels make moving your display from the car to the venue easy.

Your packed display can also travel interstate. We can help coordinate freight to your event venue and return transport, timed around your event schedule.

Can I hire PIXLIP GO instead of buying?
Yes, you can hire PIXLIP GO. Hire options depend on availability for your event dates and the sizes, layout and equipment you require. Tell us your venue and display requirements so we can confirm suitable options, including graphics, transport and any installation support.
Can Creative Visuals store, freight, install and pack down my display?
Yes. A managed program can include storage, outgoing and incoming equipment checks, event courier coordination, installation, pack-down and return logistics, coordinated by a dedicated account manager.
How are managed service costs calculated if our event calendar changes?
Costs depend on stored equipment volume, event frequency, locations, freight and the installation support required. We can review the agreed scope and cost structure as activity increases or slows down, so the program reflects your planned use.
How quickly can you supply PIXLIP GO?
PIXLIP GO is a stock item, with a general turnaround time of 7–10 working days from artwork approval, plus delivery time depending on your location. Tell us your event date and venue early so we can confirm a production and delivery schedule for your order.
Can I see PIXLIP GO before ordering?
Yes. We have showrooms in Sydney and Melbourne, with small and large PIXLIP GO sizes set up for you to view. Contact us to arrange a visit. We can demonstrate frame assembly, graphic fitting and packing, and help you choose the right configuration for your space and event program.
